Service Description

Better sleep for baby and parents, reduced fussiness, and increased bonding are a few of the benefits to you and your child. I would meet with you and your child for 5 sessions so that you can learn a full body routine and feel confident about your skills by the end. I can lead this class in private or in a group setting.
